Every cancer experience is unique. No one should have to navigate cancer and work alone.

We work alongside people and workplaces to shape work in a way that reflects what matters most.

Why it matters

Cancer affects far more than health.

It has a significant impact on work, participation and financial security — yet workplace systems are often not designed for this reality.

This gap leaves many navigating work and cancer on their own. With the right support, people can stay connected to work in a manageable way, communicate more confidently, and maintain confidence and control.

Our story

Work provides more than income.

It offers stability, dignity, identity, routine and social connection during a time of significant disruption. Our purpose is to bridge the gap between what people need and what is available — by providing practical support to people affected by cancer and their carers, and helping workplaces respond with clarity and confidence.

Because cancer should not cost anyone their work, their confidence, or their future.
